I have been working as a business adviser within the local enterprise sector for the past eight years, 4 years of that being self-employed. Previous to that I held positions in sales and marketing. 

I love working with entrepreneurs because the majority are positive and forward thinking individuals who want to create their own opportunities in life which I totally applaud and respect.  

I love to pull on my trainers (most days) and go out for a run, preferably with friends. It helps to reset the mind and body.

The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t how hard you hit; it’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward.
