Barry Phillips BEM Barry joins us as a CEO and Chairman, bringing with him an impressive legacy as the founder of Legal Island. His award-winning leadership and deep understanding of employment law and workplace best practice will be a tremendous asset as we champion fair and ethical business environments.

Karen Maguire Karen steps into her role as Trustee with a rich background in entrepreneurship, business growth, and employee ownership. As Chair of Employee Ownership Ireland and former founder of Relinea, she brings a unique perspective on business resilience, ownership culture, and innovation.

Ariel Zhu Ariel’s expertise will support Antrim Enterprise’s continued drive for transparency, integrity, and excellence in our internal operations and stakeholder engagement.
