Antrim Enterprise Launches the Entrepreneur Wellness Collective

Antrim Enterprise Launches the Entrepreneur Wellness Collective – A New Era of Support for Northern Ireland’s Founders

Last night, Antrim Enterprise proudly launched the Entrepreneur Wellness Collective – The Business Community, welcoming almost one hundred entrepreneurs, founders, and partners to a vibrant and energising celebration of connection, wellbeing, and business growth at the Old Courthouse Antrim.

The evening marked a significant milestone in Antrim Enterprise’s 30-year journey of supporting entrepreneurs across Northern Ireland.

A Vision Rooted in Listening and Evolution

In her opening address, CEO Jennifer McWilliams reflected on the organisation’s long-standing commitment to founders — from Open Coffee in 2013, to Healthy Entrepreneur Days, Business Bites, and the much-loved NETWalking initiative.

These weren’t isolated activities,” she shared. “They were pieces of a bigger picture — a holistic approach to supporting the whole entrepreneur, not just the business owner.

This insight led to the creation of the Entrepreneur Wellness Collective (EWC), a structured community built around four pillars: Connect, Converse, Collaborate, and Clarity.

A Brand with Meaning

Jennifer also unveiled the story behind the new EWC brand, created in partnership with Charlene Devine of Devine Design. The logo, she explained, symbolises clarity, momentum, stability, and community — a visual representation of the entrepreneurial journey and the support system EWC aims to provide.

A Community Already 500 Strong

With over 500 entrepreneurs already engaged, the demand for meaningful connection and holistic support is clear. As a charity and social enterprise, Antrim Enterprise has introduced a sustainable membership model to ensure these services continue to grow.

A Partnership That Makes It Possible

The launch was supported by EWC’s corporate partner IQ & Co, whose commitment to championing entrepreneurial wellbeing has been instrumental in bringing the Collective to life. Their alignment with EWC’s mission was highlighted throughout the evening.

A Powerful Keynote

Guests were treated to an inspiring keynote from Emma Weaver, founder of Mental Wealth International, bestselling author, TEDx curator, and global speaker. Her message on resilience, mindset, and personal growth resonated deeply with the room.

What Members Can Expect

EWC Community Champion Emma Duffy revealed the full suite of member benefits, including:

  • The C-Collective Magazine
  • Priority access to discounted events
  • Exclusive members-only gatherings
  • A complimentary annual event
  • Members-only webinars
  • Subsidised access to the Founder Reset Day

She also unveiled the upcoming event calendar, featuring speed networking, content creation workshops, Connect & Climb, financial wellness sessions, and more.

A New Chapter Begins

The launch marks the beginning of a new era for entrepreneurial support in Northern Ireland — one grounded in community, wellbeing, and the belief that when founders thrive, their businesses and communities thrive too.
