Digital technology is constantly evolving and, when efficiently used, can improve the way that businesses interact, advertise and communicate with others.
With approximately 2.89 billion active users on Facebook and 1 billion users on Instagram alone, the digital landscape can seem daunting and somewhat overwhelming. However, it is vital that businesses have a strong digital presence to raise brand awareness, create networking opportunities, improve the customer experience and increase productivity.
The use of social media is an essential element that needs to be included in the strategic development of a business if it is to grow and succeed.
This workshop will include an overview of the main social media platforms, how to create content that is engaging, inspiring and educational, building a digital strategy for your business, practical tutorials, demonstrations and useful tools to help enhance your social media presence and brand image.
